The second edition of the environmental education open day organized by the OIPR in partnership with the NGO Give Smiles took place on Friday 20 May 2022 at the Comoé National Park Environmental Information and Education Center, in the village of Kakpin, in the village of Kakpin (OIPR Nassian Sector).

This open day, which aims to train the “eco-citizens” of tomorrow, mobilized the school life managers of the Nassian Primary Education Inspectorate, teachers, parents of students and 210 students. This day was filled with presentations, film screenings and exchanges on the conservation of the PNC crowned by festive entertainment.

Satisfied with the success of this second edition, the organizers met for the third edition of the open day, which will take place in 2023 in a sector of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
