The Ivorian Antipollution Center (CIAPOL) is a Public Administrative Establishment (E.P.A.) placed under the administrative and technical supervision of the Minister of Environment, Construction and Urbanism. CIAPOL is in charge of waste management, monitoring the quality of air, soil and water, supervision and carrying out a pollution assessment. It was created by decree no. 91-662 of October 9, 1991
