Abidjan, Sep 15 (AIP) - The Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, through the Department of Industrial Waste and Chemical Substances, is organizing the first edition of the national forum of eco-enterprises in Côte d'Ivoire, from 11 to 13 April 2022, “to offer Ivorian eco-enterprises a favorable framework for scientific, technical and commercial exchanges”, reported the general commissioner of this event, Onamoun Benjamin Djedji.

This forum is a showcase for environmental solutions, a place for meeting, sharing projects and knowledge between actors in the sector and a springboard for market innovations and international development, according to Mr. Djedji, delivering information during a framework workshop organized at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire organized at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire located in Abidjan-Plateau, Friday, September 10, 2021, in his capacity as Deputy Director of Environmental Technologies, gave this information,

The technical advisor to the Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Marcel Yao, also emphasized that this forum, which is a first in Côte d'Ivoire, and which is intended to be annual, will be the place for meetings, the sharing of projects and knowledge between Ivorian, African and international actors.

As a prelude to the national forum of eco-enterprises, a scoping workshop was organized in order to study and analyze the methodology and its approach and organization.
